This impressive 3 story plus roof deck townhome situated in Ruskin Square has 3 Master en-suite bedrooms with King beds (one can be configured as 2 twins if required), a bunk room, Queen Murphy bed and Queen sleeper sofa for a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 full baths and sleeping capacity for 12. The home overlooks the beautiful park area of Ruskin Square in central Seaside where boutique stores and art galleries surround the tranquil tree lined green space.

Catch a concert, visit a gallery or shop in the antique stores – it’s all at your door, and only minutes walk from the sugar-sand beach and Gulf Front dining!

The Bothy is part of the Sunburst Luxury Collection, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home. You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, two full kitchens and two laundry rooms and at the same time while enjoying the amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel. The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as golf and other independent activities. Rates also include a full mid week clean (with weekly stays) and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

First Floor: This unit comprises the entire ground floor. It includes a King Master bedroom with LED TV, private shower bath with outside entrance and dresser. The bunk nook with 2 twins, each with its own TV and bi-fold louver door for privacy. The open plan full kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances (frig, dishwasher, glasstop range, microwave, euro-style washer/dryer combo), stone countertops and breakfast bar is adjacent to the living area with Queen sleeper sofa, 46” LED TV, Blu-Ray player, music docking station and door opening onto the front patio. Hall bath has a tub/shower. Wireless internet feed is accessible from the 2nd floor modem and router. This floor sleeps up to six.

Second Floor: An internal privacy door or separate rear entrance takes you to the secluded terrace on the 2nd floor with natural gas Weber grill and outdoor dining table. Double French Doors lead to the expansive main living area with 60” LED TV, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV, Sonos surround sound, wireless internet, wet bar with ice maker, hall bath with shower and utility closet with full sized washer/dryer. Double doors to full kitchen with granite counter tops (separate Northland fridge & freezer, Viking gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, warmer drawers, TV) leading to dining room with rustic reclaimed Elm-wood table seating 8, Queen Murphy bed, separate Sonos music zone and another set of French Doors to front terrace over looking beautiful Ruskin Park.

Third Floor: On reaching the 3rd floor, double doors reveal the King Master suite with luxurious private bath (Kohler rain shower system and freestanding Tyrrell & Laing soaking tub for 2!).  A door from the Master bedroom opens to a spacious private terrace with comfy chairs.  Hall/library leads to a second bedroom with King bed (can be configured as a 2 twin beds if desired), LED TV, comfortable side chair and private full tub/shower bath.

A feature spiral staircase over a glass floor leads to the huge roof deck that offers spectacular views of the towns of Seaside, Seagrove, Watercolor and the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

In addition to brand new fixtures and fittings, The Bothy is equipped with state-of-the-art wireless enabled audio visual equipment throughout; to include Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TV and separate music zones, controlled via a Sonos wireless system.

In addition to the large screen smart TVs in both living areas; there are TVs in each bedroom and the 2ndfloor kitchen. Rentals include 4 bikes, Wireless Internet and long distance phone.

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.

In the Low Seasons, The Bothy is available as 2 separate units.  1stFloor only (Bothy 1) or 2nd& 3rdFloors combined (Bothy 2). When the 1stFloor (Bothy 1) is rented separately, the unit also gets the single covered parking spot on-site. Only available in these configurations during Spring, Fall and Winter.
