Vacation Rental Description

This lovely, newly furnished pool home is set in the sought after 
residential neighborhood of Sewalls Point, the 3.5 mile long 
peninsula between the town of Stuart and Hutchinson Island. It is an 
ideal and convenient location for a multitude of activities. Cross 
one bridge to the beaches and cross the other bridge to the town of 
Stuart!

Sewalls Point is a town in its own right and has its own Town Hall 
and Police Department. It is roughly half way between Miami and 
Orlando (about two to two and a half hours in each direction) 
although you can fly into West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) which is a 
50 minute drive from the property.

Stuart, with it’s Historic Downtown, is known as the ‘Sailfish 
Capital of the World’, with first class fishing available whether 
you bring your own boat or hire one.

The house has three bedrooms, two of which are Master Suites with 
their own bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bathroom, closet 
and patio doors that open out on to the screened pool deck. Bedroom 2 
has a queen bed, bathroom and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two 
twin beds, huge closet space along one wall and a cabana bathroom 
across the hall with a door that also leads out onto the pool deck. The 
family room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. All rooms 
have ceiling fans and the home has air-conditioning throughout all 
living areas. 

There is also a living room, formal dining room, family room with 
breakfast area, kitchen with serving hatch to the pool deck, 2 car 
garage and utility room. The pool area is fully screened for comfort
and has sun-loungers, seating and a patio table for dining outside. 
There is also a door leading out into the back yard which is 
very private being either fenced or screened from neighbors by high 
greenery. 

We have a computer, complete with broadband internet access and 
a wireless network, enabling you to bring your own laptop to use 
around the house.

Our aim is to provide our guests with all the little conveniences 
they need to relax and enjoy their stay. 

You can even bring along your boat. There is fenced boat storage to 
one side of the house and the public boat slip is less than five 
minutes away, beneath the bridge that leads to the beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This vacation rental has A/C and ceiling fans, washer/dryer, 2 car 
garage, in/out drive, fenced boat storage and a fenced/screened back 
yard for privacy. There is also Comcast TV, DVD Player, computer, 
printer and telephone - with free local calls.

BRAND NEW POOL AND SPA - WE NOW HAVE THE ADDITION OF A FABULOUS NEW POOL AND SPA.
IT MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 33FT BY 16FT AND IS HEATED AND TOTALLY COVERED BY A SCREEN.
IT ALSO HAS A BABY FENCE AROUND THE POOL FOR SAFETY.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 
oven/hob, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee 
maker and blender. Cookware, utensils, table linen and other kitchen 
necessities are supplied.

Bed linens, towels, beach towels, ironing board, iron and hairdryer 
are also included.

There is a gas BBQ for your use.

Activities and Attractions

The nearest golf is Martin County Municipal Golf Course, just five 
minutes away by car. In the immediate area, there is a wonderful selection 
of other fine courses, some semi-private, which also welcome 
visitors.

The nearest beach is less than five minutes away by car and there are other 
beaches and beach access points up the coastline to Jensen Beach and 
beyond.

Other activities in the area are tennis, miniature golf, boating, 
sailing, fishing, swimming, sightseeing, biking, jet-skiing, 
snorkeling, diving, shelling, museums, cinemas, shopping and a huge 
choice of fantastic restaurants to cater for all tastes. 

Take a look at Stuart’s Historic Downtown and a visit to Kilwin’s 
Ice Cream Shop is a must!

Join the locals and take an evening walk across either of the 
bridges on our doorstep or walk to one of the three restaurants that 
are literally around the corner from the house.

It is about 2.5 hours to Disney, other Orlando attractions and 
Kennedy Space Center.
