Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (one indoor heated), eight clay tennis courts,
fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

First
Floor: The home is
entered by a refreshing, slate-tiled covered porch. A gracious entry foyer has
seating and leads to two king master bedrooms with private baths, as well as an
additional mudroom bath and laundry room with outdoor access through the shower
for easy clean-up after a day in the sand. Master king bedroom has TV and

floor: Top floor
bedroom suite provides views over the varied rooftops of Rosemary Beach. This
suite features two queen beds, an outdoor parade balcony, walk-in closet,
seating area with queen sleeper sofa, wet bar with mini frig, TV, and a private
bath with limestone vanity sink and shower.

Carriage
House: Separate carriage
house (included in rent) over the two-car garage features a studio apartment
with fully-equipped kitchen, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, stereo,
kitchen table and tub/shower bath. Incredible views of the Gulf downSpanish Town Lane. Grill.

For
the Summer 2014 season, Byers House and Carriage House will become a part of
our Luxury Collection of homes with concierge service, mid-stay clean, bikes,
robes, beach towels and beach chair service included. The owners are also
building a new courtyard pool that will be ready for the Summer 2014 season.
