Ground floor has large king bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, comfortable side chair with lamp for reading. Private tiled bath has two sink vanities, one at a lower height for the kids, spa tub, and separate shower. The queen bedroom has dresser, bench, bedside table with lamp, TV, private bath with tub/shower and vanity sink. In the hallway, the built-in bunk nook has two twin beds.
Second floor has large, open combined kitchen/dining/living areas. The well-equipped kitchen has gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, wall oven, double sink, side-by-side frig with icemaker, and an island with bar stool seating for four. The large dining table has six chairs. Living area has queen sofa bed, two side chairs, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wireless internet, work desk, and French doors leading to the outdoor covered porch. Convenient powder room. The porch has picnic table for outdoor dining and four largeAdirondackchairs with side tables and ottomans.
