First Level: The spacious screened porch, overlooking the pool and large shaded front yard, is your entry into Camellia Villa. Walk inside to the sun porch with sliding glass windows, Mexican tiled floors, a mixture of stucco and wood walls and two ceiling fans. One end of this sun porch offers dining for 8 with glass table, while the other end has an inviting conversation area with cushioned loveseat, 2 comfortable side chairs and glass coffee table.  Walk through the door into the tiled living room and kitchen. Living room has a sofa, which folds into a queen sleeper, loveseat, end table with lamp, coffee table, floor lamp, CD music system with iPod and iPhone dock and TV stand with LCD TV, DVR and DVD player. Kitchen has glass top range, fridge with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Windows along the living and kitchen wall roll out to bring the outdoor breezes inside. Hallway leads to small full bath, with pedestal sink and tiled shower. The back entrance of the home is also in the hallway, with pavered walkway leading to the separate laundry room with washer/dryer and the exterior staircase leading to the 2ndfloor deck.

Second Level: The carpeted second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and features lovely antique tongue-and-groove wooden walls. Two tiled and full bathrooms are in the hallway, both with vanities; one with tiled shower and the other with tub/shower. King Master bedroom with soothing green walls, ceiling fan and white cottage furniture has built-in shelving, 2 nightstands with lamps, closet, rocking chair, dresser, chest of drawers and LCD TV. Twin bedroom has nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers, LCD TV, DVR and ceiling fan. Shared closet walks through into the Queen bedroom with white cottage furniture, ceiling fan, serene yellow walls, LCD TV, chest of drawers and 2 night stands with lamps.

Outside: Private kidney-shaped pool with rock waterfall, new lounging furniture and wood privacy fence. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Charcoal grill. Off-street parking for 2 cars.
