The 2013 rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) to include 4 bikes, robes, beach towels and a beach chair setup (2 chairs with umbrella just south of the house – not available in winter). You will have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us do your grocery shopping, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to Sharkstooth, a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as golf and other independent activities. Rates also include a full mid week clean (with stays of 5 days or more) and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

The house features acid washed concrete floors on the first floor and hardwood floors elsewhere. All rooms have ceiling fans. You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers. Ground Floor: Elegant entry hall. The Master suite spans two floors and has its own private stairwell – the bath is on the first floor and the bedroom is on the second floor. Master bath with his and her vanity sinks with sitting areas, huge double walk-in tiled shower, and huge soaking tub. First King guest bedroom has beautiful new bedding, LCD TV, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and built-in cabinetry for clothing storage. Second bedroom is a king bed with 2 twin trundles underneath, sleeps 4. It also has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, LCD TV and a dresser in the closet. Both of these bedrooms share an adjoining bath with granite double sink vanity and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have French doors leading out to ground floor porch with comfortable outdoor seating. Direct access to boardwalk that leads to Rosemary’s famous Coquina pool just 2 houses away. Large laundry room with super capacity HE washer and dryer and laundry sink.

Second Story: Sixteen foot ceilings grace the second story. Master bedroom (private stairs lead from master bath up to bedroom) with king bed, LED TV, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, club chair and reading lamp, plus French doors leading to private sitting porch with 2 adirondacks and a flying day bed. Separate formal dining room with large table with ten chairs has adjoining parade deck as well. Living room features sofa, 4 side chairs, gas log fireplace, 55” LED TV, Blueray DVD and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, stainless GE monogram frig, Viking 4-burner range with center griddle, microwave, dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink, and breakfast bar with 3 tall bar stools. French doors open off living room and kitchen to a large wrap around porch overlooking the boardwalk and offering partial gulf views and multiple seating options for outdoor enjoyment. Powder room.

Third Story: Queen / Twin bedroom has one queen and 2 twins on a platform all connected together – great for the kids or for a couple with 2 children. This room has new bedding, shelving inside the closet, window seat with cushion and LED TV. The second bedroom is a king bedroom that sleeps 2 more – it has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LED TV, DVD and a hall closet for hanging clothes. Tower Room: Ascend a wide spiral staircase from the 2nd story to the incredible Tower Room. Enjoy magnificent roof-top and gulf views while relaxing with friends. The After Taxes Carriage House may be booked along with Impulse Buy, if available. It has a Queen bed as well as Queen sleeper sofa and sleeps 4.
