Located in Old Seagrove just a block to the beach and 50 feet to Seaside, Seaforever Family Retreat consists of 3 separate homes, Seaforever (4 bedrooms), Rembach (3 bedrooms) and the Carriage house (1 bedroom) surrounding a unique brick courtyard with an oversized private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). There are a total of 8 bedrooms and sleeping capacity for 21 people.

The largest home, Seaforever is a stunning 4 bedroom/4.5 bath Gulf-view residence that sleeps 12 and highlights an exceptional design with a distinct Scandinavian influence. Wireless high-speed internet is provided. Great room features entertainment center with 36" TV (connected to DirectTV satellite), DVD, Bose stereo with CD, built-in bookshelves, and a large comfortable seating area. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, island with Viking gas range, Sub-Zero fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Dining table seats 10. Twin bedroom has two beds, each with a twin trundle (sleeps 4) with private bath with double vanity sinks and tub/shower. Powder room located off hallway. French doors from kitchen and living room lead to covered porch overlooking pool area.

Second floor: Huge master king bedroom features private bath with double vanity sinks, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, 20" TV, ceiling fan, side chair and French doors leading to 2 separate balconies. Queen bedroom has private shower bath, TV, DVD, side chair, dresser, French doors leading to the balcony and ceiling fan. Bunk bedroom with 2 bunks (4 twins), desk, rocking chair, dresser, toys for the kids, French door leading to balcony and a private bath with double vanity sink and tub/shower.

Third floor: Step through the steel hatch door onto a unique roof deck with incredible views of the Seaside skyline, Seagrove’s oak canopy and the gulf. Outdoor kitchen has granite counters, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, sink and dining table for 8.

The second home of the retreat, Rembach, is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home that sleeps 5, has original artwork and a tower with panoramic views. The fabulous fourth floor roof deck offers outdoor dining, panoramic views, plus a convenient mini-frig and coffee maker. The large living area has sofa, side chairs, desk with chair, large glass coffee table, 37" LCD TV/DVD, comfortable reading nook with built-in seating and a Bose CD/stereo. The dining table seats. The kitchen features Scandinavian cabinetry, Corian counters, stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and French doors that open out to a private courtyard.

Ground floor king bedroom with California King Scandinavian style bed, bedside tables, wall lamps, stereo with CD and a sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs, 25" TV and DVD. Shower bathroom. On the second floor, there is a King guest bedroom with desk, bedside tables and lamps. Twin bedroom has desk. Hall bath has jetted spa tub and shower. All rooms on this floor have French doors leading to the outside balconies equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The third residence in the retreat is a Carriage House. It has a ground floor living area with queen sofa bed, full kitchen (mini frig, dishwasher, cook top, sink) and a dining table for 4. Spiral staircase leads to 2nd floor queen bedroom with shower bath. French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard.

Outdoors: Beautiful brick courtyard with oversized 10 x 30 heated pool and ample pool side seating and loungers. Separate laundry room comes with super capacity washer and dryer, laundry sink and shelves stocked with coolers, beach stereos, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, sports equipment (golf, tennis, fishing), and other items to help you enjoy your stay.
