Thyme after Thyme is ideally located only one lot from the beach, with the sand less than 40 yards away via an adjacent deeded beach access, and only a 3-5 minute stroll to the very heart of downtown Seaside. Features include a private heated pool (fees apply) in a tropical courtyard and panoramic gulf views from the 3rd and 4th levels. Large family gatherings and weddings are a specialty at this beautiful, perfectly located home.

This upscale beach home is spacious and bright, with 10' ceilings and walls of gulf-view windows. There are numerous amenities, including 2 complete custom kitchens; a 25' X 37' great room providing a perfect central gathering space for everyone; Italian porcelain tile floors inside and out; 60" LCD TV with home theater and video library in great room; DVD players and indoor/outdoor stereo CD; heated pool (fees apply) and attached kiddie pool in private courtyard surrounded by 20 mature palms; poolside full bath and separate outside shower, built-in outdoor fireplace and charcoal BBQ grills; expansive gulf view terraces and observation deck (providing exhilarating vistas from 70' above the gulf); comfortable teak outdoor furniture; and 3 car carport with parking for up to 6 cars. All of the following are included with your stay: wireless high speed internet, use of 4 adult beach cruiser bicycles (on premises), port-a-crib/highchair, and a video library with great DVD movies for all ages. Please note that the pool heater is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°.

First floor has a queen bedroom, poolside bath with tub/shower and living area with queen Murphy bed and ping pong table. Second floor has a king bedroom with private tub/shower bath, queen bedroom with adjacent tub/shower bath, bunk bedroom with two bunks (3 twins, 1 double), laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer, full kitchen, living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining table that can seat up to 10 guests and balcony with teak Adirondacks and chairs. The third level has a king master bedroom with private tub/shower bath, additional king bedroom with adjacent tub/shower hall bath, main living area, main kitchen, dining area and bar seating for up to 12, and balcony with teak table and chairs and Adirondacks. The fourth level has a loft (the 7th “bedroom" – not a private space) with double bed, separate private dressing room and a tower balcony with teak seating and panoramic views. All bedrooms have Samsung LCD TVs, phones, ceiling fans and large closets.
