The Zoe Carriage House offers a large deck with a metal table and two chairs plus 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs all overlooking Rosemary’s unique architecture. Additionally, there is covered carport parking for one car and a stackable washer and dryer in the garage. (The owner frequently parks their car in the garage – this does not block your ability to use the washer/dryer).

Large King bed is flanked by two bedside tables with individual lamps, plus a ceiling fan. Separate bath with a vanity sink and walk-in shower. This smaller sized carriage house features a comfortable love seat which folds out to twin bed for a child, hardwood floors, TV, DVD player and stereo/CD player. Efficiency kitchen with mini refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink. Beautiful blue quartz countertops. Café table with 2 chairs make for a perfect place to have breakfast or lunch. You also have access to the gas grill in the courtyard. Wireless internet signal reaches from the main house.
