Situated on a quiet boardwalk just 4 homes from the white sandy beach and emerald green Gulf of Mexico, this large 684 sq ft carriage home sleeps 4 people and is close to the Coquina Pool as well. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Details: Located above the garage, the carriage house’s fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a deep sink, frig, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. Adorable built-in booth seating in the kitchen accommodates 4. Three barstools add to your dining options. Large living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, banquet table, 2 side chairs, 2 side tables, 3 lamps, armoire with TV/VCR, DVD and stereo. The full bathroom has a vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Climb the alternating staircase to the sleeping loft. This area overlooks the living room and is furnished with a Queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in dresser drawers, closet, TV and side chair.

Outside: Quiet courtyard (shared with main house) has soothing bubbling fountain, teak table with 2 chairs, gas grill and gate to one of Rosemary’s private pathways to the beach just 110 walking steps away. Garage access for carriage house only allows parking  for one car. Washer/dryer in garage. Parking for 3 additional cars in driveway (will have to share space with main house guests). Parking for 2 more cars on parking pad in front of house.

Nageotte Cottage (the main house) is rented separately and can be combined with the carriage house to create a family retreat with a total sleeping capacity of 19 people.
