On the Gulf is a gulf-front 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium at fabulous High Pointe Resort, right next to wonderful Rosemary Beach. Located on the third floor, the views of the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just spectacular. Wireless internet provided and free US long distance. All new LCD TV’s installed in 2011.
Interior Details: As you enter, you immediately see the gulf through the large sliding glass doors. Fully stocked kitchen has a double sink, dishwasher, frig, electric range, microwave and a convenient pantry for grocery storage. Kitchen has a pass through to a breakfast bar equipped with 3 barstools. Main dining table seats 6. Laundry closet in kitchen has a stackable washer/dryer. Living area has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, side chair, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, and armoire with LCD TV, DVD, and stereo. Wall of windows and a sliding glass door leads to the balcony. Gulf front balcony offers table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining plus 2 relaxing loungers.
Gulf front master bedroom is carpeted and has a king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, bureau with mirror, LCD TV, DVD, sliding door to the balcony and blackout curtains for sleeping late on vacation. Master bathroom has double vanity sink with makeup area, walk-in closet, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Second bedroom is carpeted and has 2 queen beds, bedside table with lamp, dresser, LCD TV, 2 closets and a door to the adjacent hall bath. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.
High Pointe Resort Amenities: The only true full-service gulf front resort in the area, High Pointe features a fantastic 7000 square foot tropical lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, separate kiddie pool, large (20 ft!) heated spa, lighted clay tennis courts, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling area, children's playground, a fabulous gulf front bar and grill (grilled grouper sandwiches!), and of course 300 feet of private, unspoiled beach. Renowned Rosemary Beach, with all its dining, shopping, biking, and entertainment opportunities, is only a very short stroll (500 ft) to the east, as is emerging Alys Beach to the west.
