Ground Floor: Opens into a great room with a living area, dining area, TV area and kitchen. Living area has a large suede sectional sofa and coffee table. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. There are 4 barstools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The TV area has 2 leather recliner type chairs with ottomans, 2 wicker side chairs and armoire with LCD TV and Blueray DVD. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances including side-by-side frig with door ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, glass top range, pantry and ample cabinet space. This floor also has a king bedroom with bedside table, reading lamp, bureau with mirror, armoire, LCD TV and a private bathroom with shower. There is a covered front porch on the Gulf Front with an outdoor dining table and chairs, seating, large deck area, grassy front yard and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Private beach walkover comes right off the porch. Also on the ground floor are the laundry room with front loading washer and dryer as well as a powder room. Two car garage has a few beach items inside. Additional parking for 2 to 4 more cars in the driveway.

Second Floor: Hardwoods floors in all bedrooms on this floor. The King bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, private bath with tub/shower and sliding doors leading to a covered balcony on the Gulf. The Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, large private bath with garden tub/shower, plus sliding doors leading to the same balcony. Bunk / Queen bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twins), queen bed, dresser, bedside table, lamp, LCD TV and a private bath with tub/shower.

Third Floor: The entire floor is a large open room/bedroom which has a wet bar with mini frig, full bath with shower, queen bed, LCD TV, sectional sofa and additional love seat as well a covered balcony on the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing Gulf views and breezes.
