Rec room has its own galley kitchen with mini frig, icemaker, sink and bar with 3 stools. Large bedroom has queen bed, bunk with double beds up and down, built-in drawers, 2 bedside tables and 3 lamps. Hall bath has pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Door opens from rec room to the huge pool area. Kidney shaped pool has separate spa area (both can be heated to 86° for additional daily fee – spa cannot be jetted). Large sunny patio surrounds pool and is equipped with multiple loungers for sun-bathing, table and 4 chairs and a charcoal grill. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Two car garage and space for 3 additional cars in driveway plus a parking pad. Private beach access just 165 walking steps away leads to our beautiful white sand beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

Second Floor: Two separate wings accommodate 5 bedrooms and a den. King bedrooms #1 and #2 both have 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, side chairs, armoires, closets, gulf views and TVs. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Open den area has card table with 2 chairs, chest of drawers, 42" LCD TV, DVD, sectional sofa with queen sleeper, stereo and a door to the second story balcony. Expansive gulf views from this large balcony which also overlooks the pool. King bedrooms #3 has bunk bed (2 twins), 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire, TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower. King bedroom #4 has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire, TV, side chair, closet and gulf views. Final bedroom has queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, TV, side chair, closet and gulf views. These two bedrooms and den share a hall bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Third Floor: An expansive great room that includes living, dining and kitchen areas is found on the top floor and greets you with gleaming hardwood floors and unobstructed gulf and beach views from the deep covered porches. Porches outfitted with table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining, 6 additional chairs and side table. Central island bar with 4 barstools, dining table that seats 8 and card table that seats 4 accommodate your special family gathering.
