Ground Floor: Open Living Room and Dining Room greet you as you enter the front door. Living room offers two sofas, 2 side chairs, 3 lamps, “love” seat, buffet, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, DVD/VCR. Dining choices include a built in corner bench with table and 2 chairs plus the main round dining table with 8 chairs. Kitchen has a pass through bar to the dining area, 2 bar stools, frig with icemaker, glass top range, microwave, dishwasher and 2 coffee makers (just in case you have a decaf drinker). Washer and dryer are also located near the kitchen.

Hall bath has tub/shower and vanity sink. Twin bedroom one twin bed, leather sofa, bookshelves loaded with reading materials, chest of drawers, LCD TV/DVD, and French doors to a screened porch. This porch has 2 rockers on it.

Second Floor: Hardwood floors grace this level. One bedroom has 2 double beds and a small child’s size bed (for ages 8 and under), armoire, TV, DVD, side chair with lamp, 4 bedside tables, 3 additional lamps, and French doors to the balcony. Private bath off this bedroom has closet, vanity sink, walk-in shower and garden tub. Master bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, closet, wicker side chair with ottoman, side table and lamp, TV and French doors to a screened porch. Private bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.

Third Floor: As you ascend the stairs to the 3rdfloor you will be able to enjoy the large collection of folk art and whimsical collectors items that the owner has chosen to leave out for your enjoyment. Tower also serves as an additional sleeping area with a twin day bed, wine frig, bar sink, cushioned chair, and French doors leading to a balcony. Balcony has Adirondack chairs and panoramic gulf andSeasideviews over the treetops.

Outside: Gas grill. Front porch has swing and a rocker. Picnic table for outdoor dining. Parking in gravel driveway for 3 cars.
