King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables with lamps, large 50” LCD TV, DVD/VCR, built-in cabinets and drawers, mini frig and coffee maker, closet and a large private master bath with his/hers limestone vanity sinks, jetted tub and walk-in shower. Queen bedroom features 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, side chair, LCD TV, closet, French doors leading to the screen porch and a private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room has super capacity washer and dryer plus sink. Screened porch has 2 cushioned all weather wicker side chairs, side table, love seat and swing.

Second Floor: Living room features wood burning fireplace, 2 comfortable sofas, 2 plush side chairs, 2 poof chairs, coffee table, large TV, stereo system with CD player and 2 lamps. French doors lead to the second story screened porch outfitted with table and 4 chairs and swinging twin bed – perfect for napping or reading a book. Balcony off living room has gas grill and 4Adirondack chairs. Adjacent to kitchen, dining table seats 8 people and there are 2 corner cupboards. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and stainless Kitchenaid appliances: frig, icemaker, 5-burner gas stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Central island has sink and 4 bar stools. Kids bedroom has bunk bed (2 twins) with twin trundle, TV/DVD, built-in shelving stocked with games, game table and 2 chairs, and private bathroom with vanity sink and tub/shower. Convenient powder room off the kitchen.

Outside Features: Parking for 1 car in the driveway in covered space behind the house. More cars can park across the street from the house in off street parking pads. Home comes with 3 adult bikes.
