This two story custom home built in 1999 has all the amenities and  
never been rented.  Boat slip will accommodate up to a 30’ boat.  A  
great location for the recreational boater or ultimate fisherman.   
Two boat ramps and a full service marina are just up the street.

Backyard floating dock with water. Two story custom home with  
kitchen, great room, and master bedroom on upper level.  Sleeps 8-10  
with total 4 bedrooms and additional pull out couch in great room.   
Four decks, 3 ½ baths, 2 zone A/C, outside shower, microwave, oven,  
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer, 5 tv’s, cable,  
cable wireless internet. Note:Garage not included.

Activities and Attractions

Have the best of both worlds, beach and boating at your doorstep. 
Ocean is just over the bridge 2.2 miles free public parking with  
restrooms and boardwalk. The ocean is 1.7 miles  by boat and the  
intercoastal is at you doorstep. Golfing is 2.3 miles inland.  
Supermarket is 1.4 miles. Everything is in biking distance. No need  
to even get in your car. Live like a true islander at Avalon Manor. 
The calendar of events in Avalon is full year round, with lots of  
fun, free events to attend.  Because it is a shore resort, you’ll  
see more activities in the summer, but even in the off-season there  
are a ton of things to do in Avalon!  Parades, craft shows, flower  
shows, antique shows, fireworks, movie nights, sand sculpture  
contests, and much more.  Shoppers can scour Avalon’s shops for  
amazing antiques and great souvenirs.  You’ll also find a lot of  
opportunities for great fishing and sightseeing cruises.
