Family-friendly both inside and out, the cottage is nearby the Cabana Pool and playground – the most family-oriented of Rosemary Beach’s four luxury pools. The well-equipped kitchen and charming dining and living areas can be found downstairs. Of the four, well-appointed bedrooms, one is a children’s bunk and another has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are kings. Sleeps 8-10 people. 

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (one indoor heated), eight clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Cool and relaxing entry porch features ceiling fan and 2Adirondack chairs. Enter the bright living room with ample seating including a sleeper futon sofa (double mattress), 2 plush side chairs with ottomans, 2 side tables with lamps, coffee table, cushioned bench, ceiling fan and a 39” LCD TV and Blu-ray player. Wireless internet connectivity. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets and stainless appliances, frig with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and glass-top electric range. Adjacent is the dining area with table that seats six and large buffet. The ground floor bedroom has a queen sized iron bed, bedside table, 2 lamps, ceiling fan, and armoire with TV/DVD/VCR. Hall bath has marble tiled floors, marble vanity sink and a tub/shower.

Second Floor: Entire second story is carpeted in grass cloth.  Bunk room features two built-in twin beds, TV/DVD, Playstation 2 and board games. Please note that there is not a door on the bunk room. Guest bedroom has gracious king bed, chest of drawers, TV/DVD, 2 side chairs, 2 lamps and a private deck with 2 Adirondacks. The hall bath serves this bedroom and the bunk room and has double marble vanity sink, tiled floors and tub/shower. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, large plush side chair with ottoman, 32” LCD TV and DVD in an armoire, 2 bedside tables with lamps, private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs and a private bath with marble double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Large capacity stackable washer/dryer is on this floor.

Outside: Gas grill. Off street parking for 2 cars. Back porch with 2Adirondack chairs overlooking peaceful fountain.
