Four walls of windows allow panoramic views of WaterColor andSeaside's rooftops. In one direction you can watch the sunset onWesternLake. The WaterColor community has 4 pools, a beach club, access to the tennis facilities and miles of nature trails for walking and jogging. There are 4 adult bikes onsite for your use as well as a number of inexpensive beach chairs and boogie boards (quantity of chairs / boogie boards not guaranteed).

Ground Floor: Hardwood floors throughout. The queen master bedroom exudes familial warmth and includes a sitting area with 2 chairs, ottoman, side table and lamp for reading. The owner has provided a large library of novels for your reading pleasure. Master also has bedside table, 2 lamps bedside, armoire with LCD TV, and French doors leading to the private screened porch. Screened porch has comfortable 3 comfortable chairs, 2 ottomans and coffee table. Screen door off this porch leads to the Rose Garden Mews. The master bath is includes an oval whirlpool tub, a separate shower stall and his/hers sinks with oak mirrors. Master bath also has a separate dressing area with built in drawers and cabinets for clothing storage. Serene second queen guest bedroom has bronzy metal bed finished to look like bamboo, a motif that carries through the design of the room.  Bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 2 side chairs, additional table and lamp, LCD TV, DVD and chest of drawers. Owner has provided a DVD video library as well. Private bath with his/hers pedestal sinks and walk-in shower. Door off this bathroom to outside shower area for each beach clean up. Laundry room with Maytag front loading washer and dryer in the foyer.

Second Floor: After climbing the staircase to the second floor, family and friends can gather under the 12 foot ceiling and mingle in the vast space comprising the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Porches wrap two sides of the great bright room, extending the living and entertaining space. One porch is enclosed by screens; the other is open to the beach air. Fully equipped kitchen has solid surface countertops, glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, side by side frig with filtered ice and water in door and farm style kitchen sink on pass through island overlooking dining and living areas.  Dining table seats six – two more chairs could be brought in from bedrooms if needed. Living area has sofa, twin sleeper love seat, 2 side tables, 3 lamps, side chair, LCD TV, Sony Ipod doc / radio, and French doors to the screened in porch. Screened section of porch is outfitted with love seat, 2 side chairs, ottoman and coffee table. Open portion of covered porch has outdoor dining table with seating for four and four rocking chairs for relaxing in the trees. Powder room. Perhaps the most intriguing bedroom is twin bedroom where guests look up to its 20 foot vaulted ceiling. Twin beds are dressed in spirited red-and-white stripes and quilts. There is also a bedside table, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, LCD TV and game table with 4 chairs – perfect for a puzzle or family board game night. This bedroom has a large private bathroom with his/hers vanity sinks and a tub/shower.

Tower: Ascend the stairs to the third floor where inside one finds a comfortable reading chair and lamp plus wet bar and bench seating. French doors lead to the outside open deck where 2 loungers await you. Enjoy the gulf breezes, hear the water and look over the roof tops of WaterColor.

Outside: The house faces the Rose Garden Mews park, so your children can go out the front door of the house without crossing a street to get to the park. A great meeting place for youngsters to play games. Gas grill. Outside shower. Four adult bikes.
