This home is perfect for 2 families to share with plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining and is just 135 walking steps from the beach. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities ofRosemary Beachincluding 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Graceful front entrance has 4 rockers for relaxation. As you enter the home, you find the media/sitting room with wet bar, mini frig, large sectional sofa, upholstered coffee table/ottoman, huge 52” LCD TV, stereo with CD and DVD. Some games and puzzles provided. French doors from this room open out to the private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). Powder room also accesses outside shower which opens out onto pool. Perfect for clean up after a day at the beach. Convenient elevator whisks you up to all floors. Hall laundry closet has stackable washer / dryer and laundry sink. Bunk bedroom has 2 built-in bunk beds (4 twins), each with their own reading lamp. Additional features include a closet, drawers under the beds for storage, 2 chairs and a little side table with lamp plus a private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity sink. Queen bedroom has one bedside table with lamp, dresser, 2 closets and a private bath with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

Second Floor: This floor has the large combined kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchen features a central island with five bar stools and prep sink. Top of the line appliances include a 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, double sink and frig with icemaker. Granite countertops and custom cabinets complete the area. French doors off kitchen open to a balcony with wicker lounger with ottoman. Dining table seats 8 in wicker chairs with a glass table top. Card/game table next to dining table can hold additional persons at meal time or be use for games or a puzzle. Living area includes leather sofa, 3 plush side chairs, coffee table, 3 lamps, and a gas log fireplace. Telescope allows you to look at the stars. French doors off living area lead to large balcony outfitted with padded wicker love seat, rockers and side chair with ottoman. Relax and enjoy the cool breezes coming off the nearby gulf. Convenient powder room off kitchen.

Third Floor: Queen bedroom has bedside table and lamp, side chair, dresser, lamp, LCD TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower. French doors from this room go to private balcony outfitted with 2 tall chairs and excellent gulf views and views of the roof tops of Rosemary Beach. Sorrell Carriage House is rented separately and can be combined with the main house to create a family retreat with a total sleeping capacity of 14 people.
