Enjoy breath-taking views of the Gulf and the 800-acre park from the living area as well as the 40 foot long covered porch and roof top deck. Private heated pool is surrounded by fencing and dense tropical greenery that makes the pool entirely secluded (fees apply for pool heating). Sea Colors is a short walk - about a minute and a half - to the beach access.

Outside: Double carport under house. Large private 12 x 30 heated pool with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and loungers for relaxing. Inviting hammock under the oaks. Charcoal grill for whipping up dinner. Outdoor shower.

Second Floor: Enter the home on the second floor. All three bedrooms and two baths are on this floor. Kid’s bedroom has wonderful built-in queen/queen bunk. Each bed has its own LCD TV/DVD and bedside lamp. King guest bedroom has two bedside tables with lamps, LCD TV. Renovated hall bath walk-in shower and vanity sink. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, dresser, TV/DVD, side chair and private patio overlooking the pool. Private master bath has a double vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with washer/dryer in hall.

Third Floor: Large living area with sectional sofa with queen sleeper section, coffee table, 4 side chairs, LCD TV, DVD and SONOS music system / Ipod dock. Full bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Large covered porch with fantastic gulf views off the living area. Combined kitchen and dining area opens to living area as well. Kitchen has all new stainless appliances including frig, dishwasher, microwave and glass top range. Central island has 4 chairs. Dining table seats six. Ceiling fans throughout. Stunning recovered oak floors throughout.

Fourth Floor: Roof top observation deck with unlimited gulf and beach views. Can see for miles, outstanding!!! Private neighborhood roads that access the state park are great for walking and biking. Once you see the spectacular Gulf sunset from this house, you'll never want to stay anywhere else!
