Located between the 21st and 22nd Ave. boardwalk ramps, off-street parking for one car, fenced in heated pool/kiddie pool, outdoor shower, coin-op washer/dryer on premises, easy access to sundeck overlooking the pool, and beach/boardwalk right outside the door.
