decorated in transitional style and offers soothing color scheme
with dining seating for up to 6, living room, kitchen with bar and
private patio off of living area for grilling and seating. Upstairs
has a large master with ample room for seating and TV area, with a
large master bath and soaking tub. 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom
provide privacy for guests from the master area. Ceiling fans
throughout townhouse. Cable television and internet access is
included.

Walk to PGA Resort or Health and Spa in less than 5 minutes, where
you can relax in the spa's mineral pools, play tennis, schedule a
personal trainer for a workout routine in the gym, attend pilates,
yoga or aerobics class.
Golf Club is just a 5 minute walk from the Resort Villas to tee off
on one of the 4 courses surrounding the resort. A 5th course is
less than 10 minutes away, which is one course for the Gateway Grey
Goose Summer Tour events. Gated community provides privacy and quiet
surrounding.
Community pool is a few steps away and overlooks the first hole of
the Haig course. For walkers, the Haig and Squire courses offer two
routes to walk.

Low season ( May to September ) $2,800 per month, no golf. $3,850 per month includes golf; requires a 3 month minimum rental period.

High season: ( October to April ) $6,000 per month, no golf. $8,000
per month with golf.
