Welcoming one bedroom condo with pool located Manuel Antonio. This condo boasts one of the best ocean views in the area to enjoy!t has an Ocean view and a 20 minute walk down a path to the beach.It is also a three minute cab ride or a 5 to 8 minute bus ride. The walk is very nice with at times, monkeys, sloths, birds,.This condo with Ocean view that has a day bed /futon available for reading or sleeping...We have AC in the bedroom and the enclosed porch where there is a futon. This will work well for two or three people. The enclosed porch is also the dining area and is Air conditioned. There is cable and a full kitchen. There is hot water. We have a pool and spa on premises. The pool has a breakfast and lunch cafe poolside. One of the best and popular restaurants in the area is on property Aqua Azul. There is about a 20 minute walk to beach or 3 to 5minutes by taxi or bus. There is 24 hour security and a parking area. The bus stop is within 2 to 3 minutes. There is a food mart and pharmacy within 5 to 10 minutes walk. There are banks and ATms also within 5 minutes.
