This apartment is perfect for entertaining! The large living room has contemporary furnishings including textured linen couches and chairs, a large flat screen television with surround sound and a complete bar with granite countertops, bar stools, sink, wine cooler and plenty of stemware. The living room is lit beautifully in the evening with sconces and ceiling pocket lights; and during the day with an impressive arched picture window looking out to the tree lined street. The separate dining room is adjacent to the living room and fully visible through the large archway. A large rectangular wood dining table seats six comfortably in high back ultra suede dining chairs. Off the dining room is the kitchen, with granite countertops, cream painted wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and countertop blender, toaster and coffee maker. The second door off the kitchen leads to the hallway with the bathrooms, bedrooms and the laundry room. The laundry room has a stacked washer/dryer. A door off the laundry room takes you down to a grassy, landscaped backyard, with seating and fire pit. One car parking space is available for your use.

Single car parking is available behind unit in a garage. Guest are provided a garage door opener. Guest should note the garage at Orange Grove is for small to medium sized cars only. 

Many of LA's trendiest designer shops, bars, and cafes line Beverly Boulevard, 3rd Street and Melrose and are in walking distance or a short drive away. Nearby restaurants and clubs made famous by their celebrity chef's/owners include Suzanne Goin's Lucques, Mark Peel's Campanile, Mario Batali's Pizzeria Mozza and Rande Gerber's Stone Rose Lounge at the Hotel Sofitel, just to name a few.

• Shoulder Season consists of September 4th, 2012 through November 18th, 2012 and November 26th, 2012 through December 19th, 2012.
• Mid Season consists of January 3rd, 2013 through February 17th, 2013, February 26th, 2013 through April 8th, 2013, and April 23rd2013 through May 31st, 2013.
• Peak & Holiday Seasons consist of the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, New Years Eve, Oscars week, April 9th, 2013 through April 22nd, 2013, and June, July, August.
• **Rates may be higher during the week of E3 conference, which will be held in Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013.
• There is no security deposit required, however we require all our guests to be protected by a Property Protection Plan. The cost for Property Protection Plan is 49$ per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover for incidental damages, such as lost keys, broken windows etc. 


• 50% of the payment should be paid in advance to secure the reservation by PayPal, using your credit card or Bank account securely, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 30 days prior arrival.


• This unit accommodates 6 people. Additional fee applied after 4th person.
• Rates do not include 14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax for stays shorter than 30 nights.
• One time housekeeping fee of $120 to be added to the total regardless of the duration of the stay. This covers departure cleaning, and is not daily housekeeping.
• Our check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Early/Late check-ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check-outs after 2 PM are an additional night's stay.
