Rent One or all Three Lake Front Properties in Lake of the Ozarks

Our 3 properties on the 1 mm of the Little Niangu will seduce you with there charm. Our rentals are right on the lake with only 4 homes total down this private lane. Very quaint, quiet, peaceful and private. We own the only 2 villas and we have a 2 bedroom single unit next to it if you would like to rent all 3 for larger families to have there own quarters or reserve one private property for yourself and family. Pictues show the 3 kitchen and 3 living areas of the 3 different homes. No subdivision traffic to deal with. Sit back and relax and view out to where the Big Niangu meets the Little Niangu. The Little Niangu is known for its great waters for boating, fishing and jet skiing, yet close to it all. Choose one side of our villas with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, Dining area or rent our whole unit (both sides) and have 6 bedrooms 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 Living/Dining areas. Both units sleep 6 people. We do max each unit at 6 people. 12 for both sides, unless otherwise discussed with owner. Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 2 of the bedrooms have twin size beds. Comfortable Leather sofa's and love seats in each unit. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer. Our 2 bedroom single family sleeps 5. All three properties are a great escape for either a romantic getaway or a small or large family gathering with renting all three. Each home has the use of our 10x28 boat slips with lifts. We have 3 and we also have a jet ski lift if you let us know you have a jet ski. One boat slip comes at no extra charge with each rental. Nice large upper decks with 2 lower decks and a picnic table by the shoreline on the water. Swim off the dock or off the shoreline. Barbecue grills, firepits and fireplaces to enjoy in the evenings for roasting marsh mellows and grilling out. There are many nearby restaurants to visit either by boat or by land. We hope you get a chance to enjoy our cozy place as many others do each year. Fresh linens, fully equipped kitchens. Towels for bath and fresh clean linens. We do ask for you to bring your beach towels, fishing poles and life vests if boating. This is home away from home for your vacation. Our cozy villas are just 25 min. from Osage Beach for shopping at the outlet mall. We are close to golf coarse's, go-carts, 5 minutes to Bridal Cave and 15 min. to the great HaHa Tonka for hiking. Close to state parks and many other attractions.

Our nearby boat rental place delivers a boat rental right to the dock at no extra charge. Jet skis, deck boats, fishing boats and poontoon boats are all available for rent from them.

We start you with your started pack of trash bags and paper products, but ask you to bring replacements for when you run out.

Need a fishing guide?? No worriers, we have a fishing guide available to take you out on his boat or yours to show you where the catches are at the lake. Hourly rate applied. Half day or full day. Mike will supply you with ALL your fishing material.

We own 3 out of the 4 homes down this private lane. *Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home that is right next door is just $790.00 a week for peak season, $450.00-$595.00 weekly off season or $80-$99. per night off season for fishing weekend retreats. Email for pricing.

$85.00 for cleaning each unit.

8.5% tax

credit cards accepted but charged 3.5% because that is what credit card charges us.

Spring - April 1st 2012 through May 17th 2012 - $425.00-$480.00 weekly plus cleaning fee. Use our 10x24 boat slip for free. $80. t0 $99. nt

Both villa units are the same inside. (different furnishings) 2 upper decks and 2 lower decks.

Rent all 3 homes for up to 17 people max. All right next to each other. Fun, fun, fun.
