on Hilton Head Island. Our vacation home is a newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo
overlooking the tennis courts and just steps away from the ocean. HHB&T boasts the largest
oceanfront pool on the island. We have plenty of activities for adults & children.
Our condo is an end unit, so it has an extra window in the dining room area. This provides great
ocean breezes and plenty of light.
The living room has a queen sofabed, large TV, DVD player, VCR & free high-speed internet. The
master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV & DVD player. The guest room has a queen size bed, bunk beds
& a plasma TV.
The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances: refrigerator with ice-maker, range, microwave
& dishwasher.
HHB&T has 10 lighted tennis courts, a great playground for the kids, fishing lake, onsite bike
rental, 12,000 square foot convention center, 3 onsite restaurants, 2 pools, 1 kiddie pool, a
fitness center, and a laudry room.

Free broadband internet, phone, air conditioning, heat, cable TV, DVD players, VCR, cooking utensils
provided, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, onsite laundry room.
No pets or smoking please.
Linens & towels provided, but bring your own beach towels.
