Tastefully decorated ground floor Gulf Front resort condo on the north end of Longboat Key. Completely remodeled with lots of tile, white pine hardwood, brand new furniture, bedding, fresh paint- sparkling clean! Breathtaking views from kitchen, family room, master bedroom and private screened lanai. Unit faces beach directly. Only view sea oats, sand and ocean, no man made structures. Walk right out directly onto the beach! Watch magnificent sunsets every evening. Each bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom. Sitting room with a twin size pull-out sofa. Washing machine and dryer inside unit. Our building is very private and is only two stories high. (Just 4 buildings and 28 units in total that share the gorgeous beachside pool and garden property. Only 8 units in our building- our unit is one of four on the groundfloor.) No pets. No smoking.

From our condo, it's a matter of minutes to St. Armand's Circle, a
shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile long barrier island
attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like
to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Bush Gardens of Tampa
Bay or two hours from Disney and Universal Studios. Galleries,
museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.
vacation rental rates
Monthly Rentals - One month minimum for March, otherwise
may accept weekly rentals. Priced according to season:
January $ 5,400 per month
Feb. through Apr. $5,800 per month
May $ 5,400 per month
June through Nov. $4,000 per month
Rate does not include 11.5% tax.
Cleaning fee of $80 is not included in rates.
