(Just 4 buildings and 28 units in total that share the gorgeous beachside pool and garden property.  Only 8 units in our building- our unit is one of four on the groundfloor.) No pets. No smoking.

Bay or two hours from Disney and Universal Studios. Galleries,
museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.

Feb. through Apr. $5,800 per month
May $ 5,400 per month
June through Nov. $4,500 per month
Rate does not include 11.5% tax.
Cleaning fee of $80 is not included in rates.
