Bay or two hours from Disney and Universal Studios. Galleries,
museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.

Monthly Rentals - One month minimum for February and March, otherwise
may accept two week rentals. Priced according to season:
January $ 5,400 per month
Feb. through Apr. $5,800 per month
May $ 5,400 per month
June through Nov. $4,800 per month
Rate does not include 11.5% tax.
Cleaning fee of $80 is not included in rates.
