Atlantic VIP Beach House in Atlantic City

I normally do not write reviews but I do feel that if someone wrote a review it would have been beneficial for me when I was making my decision. I love atlantic city and for my 28th birthday I wanted all my friends to celebrate with me at a affordable cost. I contact the owners of this property because based on the pictures that i saw online the property appeared to fit my needs. You must have patience because the owners do not speak english clearly. the only reason why this was a issue is because there was a couple of things that i asked up front and was later apologized after money was sent for not understanding. When I pulled up to the property i was highly disappointed the area is in a bad neighbor and i did not feel safe. It was garabage in the yard i guess the garabage wasnt put out on the curb we didnt have fresh garabge cans to put the garbage out. The house it self was very nice and clean. the only issues i had was that there was 12 of us the whole weekend we had feezing cold showers. the house was extremely cold and when we plugged in the space heaters that were there the power went out in the house. we had to sit in the dark for about a hour imagine being in a cold house in the dark for so long. the bathroom on the second floor curtain was so nasty we had to remove it and purchase our own. we also had to take a shower with the door open because the door would lock and was not able to be open from the inside. the shower head was also broken in two of the 3 bathrooms. there are tv in 2 rooms however they do not turn on so you are not able to watch them. there only one tv on in the living room that has limited channels and there is no wifi in the house at all. i made sure that i left the house the way i found it however i was later told after having to ask for my security deposit back several times that a vase was broken. they were not able to produce a reciept or a picture but did deduct 70 for a imaginary vase that was broken. there is a lock on the front door but you have to make sure that you turn it a ceratin way or the front door in a bad area will not lock at all. overall i was provided with a place to sleep and a place to cook food but i personally would not rent from this place again. i was somewhat embarassed to bring my friends to a place like this because we didnt feel safe the whole time we were freezing the whole time and had to take bird bathe because the water was ice cold. the one time i did call i was yelled at. Never Again!
