Enjoy fantastic lake views in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath, smokefree cottage on the shore of Lake Erie located in the quiet town of Conneaut.
Our cottage sleeps 6. Both bedrooms have a full and twin bed.One bedroom has a window airconditioner. All linens and towels are provided.
The cottage offers wonderful, 180 degree lake views from two large picture windows in the kitchen and living room. There is also a fireplace in the living room.
Relax on the backyard patio overlooking the lake. It has a picnic table and gas grill. Enjoy watching the sunset, and boats sailing in and out of the harbor past the Conneaut Lighthouse. Watch and listen to the waves as they roll in and hit the beach below.

Fully furnished kitchen with cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with filters, and a toaster oven.
Linens, towels, and pillows are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Bathroom has a tub and shower.

Go swimming or walk along the public beach which are located at the beautiful, Township Park less that a half mile away.
The marina and public boat slips are within a mile. You can go fishing for perch and walleye on a chartered fishing boat.
Wineries, restaurants, and grocery stores are nearby.
Go bike riding on the Greenway Bike Trail in Ashtabula which is 25 minutes away. The trails are wide, flat and asphalt and go through woods and farmland.
Erie, PA, is 30 miles away. You can go to Waldameer Water World and Amusement Park, Presque Isle Park, and Presque Isle Casino and horseraceing track.
Go see car racing at Raceway 7.
vacation rental rates
Rent is $650 a week, plus a 5% bed/lodging tax. (Which gets paid to the county of Ashtabula) Half of the rent as a deposit, is due in advance to secure your reservation. An additional $150 refundable deposit is required for pets. Balance is due upon arrival.
Check in time is 4:00pm Sunday and check out time is 11:00am on the following Sunday.
Cancellation policy: Your deposit will be returned minus a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reseveration. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your reservation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
There is a 3 day minimum stay.
