A security deposit of $500 (refundable) within 15 days of departure and a cleaning fee of $150 (non refundable) $100 electricity and water allowance each month. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days before occupancy.

The Rental quoted are for two people. Each additional guest will be charged $20 per week or $70 per month. Pet Charge: $20/w, $70/m as well.


Collier County levies 4% Tourist Development Tax on all rental income received from accommodations rented for 6 months or less.

Florida State Levies 6% sales tax on all rental sales
