This 2BR / 2BA pet friendly end unit villa has been newly painted and redecorated in British West Indies style. Located in Shelter Cove it is less than a 3-minute walk to the Shelter Cove Harbour, shops and restaurants. You will find this villa to be beautifully furnished and particularly spacious.

The large living room with queen-sized sleeper sofa and love seat opens up into the multi-windowed dining room with seating for six and then flows into a completely furnished kitchen with new major appliances. Views from the living and dining rooms overlook the length of a large graceful lagoon with fountain, that can also be seen from your private deck off the dining room.

The living room is an electronics dream featuring a 32" flat panel LCD TV with 140 channels of broadband TV including 25 HD channels, a Digital Video Recorder (DVR), DVD player, VCR and high speed wired and wireless Internet access.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV and private bath with spa tub. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and full bath. A full sized washer and dryer are provided.

A large and sunny heated pool and jacuzzi are located in the center of the complex and are approximately a one-minute walk from your villa.

Your villa is just minutes from the exciting Shelter Cove Marina with its yachts of all sizes, shops, restaurants and activities. Tuesday nights in the summer, Shelter Cove hosts an outdoor fiesta with booths and a fireworks display that draws visitors from all over the island.  As a Shelter Cove resident, you have access to two beaches in the gated area of Palmetto Dunes. You can bicycle or drive (5 min) to the beach or call our FREE door-to-door shuttle to take you to the beach.  This shuttle runs from April until October.
