This brand new Chalet style home is waiting for you to enjoy all it has to offer.   The views are amazing with very large windows facing the private lake and unlimited view of the wooded landscape.  We have opened our vacation home to respectful renters looking to share enjoy these comforts in the tranquil Poconos.  Built in 2011, this new and very large home (2600 sq ft) is waiting for you. This property only rents for full weeks in the Summer months.  Weekly rentals go from Friday to Friday.

4 Bedrooms -- 1 King Bed Master Suite, 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen, 1 Bedroom w/ Bunk Beds & extra single.  Full size futon in loft area outside Bedroom. 3 Full bathrooms.  Rec Room w/ Pool table/Ping Pong, Computer/Printer & Wifi.

On top of providing an immaculate, cozy home, we are also including everything in our rates.  Most add the cleaning and linen fees.  We are including that in our rates and our cleaning service will have the beds cleaned and made for your arrival.  Bath towels are also available free of charge.  A fully equipped kitchen with lots of small amenities that the other rental properties do not provide—just wait and see. Two Night Minimum Stay Required.

The lake on the property is fully stocked with fish (catch & release only) and there is a beach area just steps away from the home with life guard during the summer months.  The lake water is crystal clear and the swimming area has sand inside and outside the water.  This area also has a picnic area, with a volleyball court, horse shoes and a swing set.   Tennis courts are also included within the community.  Property also has a Canoe and 2 Kayaks for your use.

This is in a perfect location--so many things close by.  Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski areas is just 5 minutes away so is Split Rock Resort that has an indoor waterpark, movie theater, bowling alley, basketball courts, mini-golf and much more.  Outlets and Camelback Outdoor waterpark 20 minutes away.
