Rd between Airport and Goodlette Roads.
About one mile to the beach and close to major shopping.
Complete renovation finished in December 2005. Many new appliances,
tile throughout living areas, new baths, fixtures and paint
throughout.
Large nicely furnished living room is open to dining area that very
comfortably seats 6-8. Master bedroom with queen bed, in-suite
bathroom with shower, and huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom with
twin beds and private access to guest bath with tub/shower.
Oversized pleasantly furnished Lanai with ceiling fans overlooks
golf course. Kitchen has new granite counter tops, new tile floor
and separate breakfast table for 2-4.
