Master bedroom has craftomatic king size bed.  Large master bathroom with walk in shower and his and her sinks.  Tile throughout the house, security door, large island kitchen.  Living room has leather couches and 50" flat screen television.

Concrete patio with awning, comfortable furniture and orange trees.

This is an age restricted community.  One occupant must be 55 years or older.

All amenities included with the exception of personal toiletries.

Golf (numerous courses), swimming, easy access to freeway.  Close to lakes, close to Glendale Stadium.  5 minutes to downtown Peoria, 30 minutes from Phoenix International Airport.
