Our house is located just minutes by golf cart from downtown Sumter Landing Square with shopping, restaurants and nightly entertainment. The neighborhood swimming pool and Coconut Cove Recreation Center, and Mallory Hill Championship Golf course are only a block from residence. You could not find a more convenient location in Sumter Landing.
The 3 bedroom Courtyard Villa with 2 bathrooms, livingroom, dining area, kitchen, laundry area and linai are completely furnished. The master bedroom has a new king size bed with television and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds with TV in one bedroom. This home is move in ready. All you will need are your personal belongings. The house is entirely enclosed for privacy with an attached 1 1/2 car garage.
The rental includes a battery operated 2 seater golf cart and high speed wireless internet service.

The rental rate includes all utilities, cable TV, internet service, trash collection, lawn service and local phone. For an additional fee of $ 50.00 you can play golf for free at 29 executive golf courses (9 hole) located in The Villages. Yes free, just a nominal cart fee of $ 3.50. There are 11 championship golf courses available for play in The Villages for a very reasonable fees. Check out The Villages web site for a complete listing of the endless activities available.

In less than an hour drive you could be in Orlando at Disney World, Universal Studios and Daytona Beach is approximately 90 minute drive.
The Villages also publishes a daily newspaper and television station to keep you informed of what is happening in The Villages.
