The Pelican House in Melbourne Beach

Welcome to the PELICAN HOUSE!!! 

A DIRECT OCEANFRONT two story home with more than 200 ft of private
beach on the ATLANTIC OCEAN and over 3,000 sq. ft of HEAVEN ON EARTH with
convenient access to all of your wants and needs in Melbourne Beach, FL!!!

The upstairs has more than 1500 sq. ft of living space, 1 master bedroom, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, from the upper deck that spans the entire length of the home on the ocean side. The
upstairs kitchen area has a black granite kitchen island bar seating 6 people all
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a dining room table seating 6 people also with
ocean  views, huge bedrooms, and a master bedroom upstairs with
separate his and her walk-in closets, private shower with his and her sinks all
made from granite, large screen flat panel television, surround sound stereo
throughout the house, high speed wireless internet, dining room table, Five extra
wide sliding glass doors facing the ocean open to a 70 ft x 10 ft deck spanning
the length of the home. There is an additional 15 ft x 15 ft area facing the
ocean with deck chairs for lounging while watching the waves roll in and the
sunrise/sunsets.

The downstairs has over 1500 sq. ft, of living space, 2 full
bedrooms each with direct walkout access to the deck and private ocean, 1 full
bath, an outside shower on the deck with hot water to rinse after playing in
the backyard SURF!!!, along with a laundry room equipped with washer/dryer,
sink, and a television.

There is a large driveway leading to the property and a large 2
CAR GARAGE with surf racks and a stainless steel refrigerator to keep the food
and beverages fresh and accessible.

The house sleeps 6 people with 1 King Bed with Tempurpedic
mattress and pillows (only the BEST!), and 2 Queen beds with memory foam
mattresses in each of the lower level bedrooms.

The Pelican House
is in the heart of Melbourne Beach and less than 4 miles south of the Melbourne
Causeway and Indialantic Boardwalk with more than 200ft of private direct Ocean
frontage to enjoy surfing, fishing, and golfing.

The Pelican House ACCEPTS ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS and PAYPAL for payment.

Rates range from $2000 to $2750 per week

Above prices exclude:

+ 11% tax

+ $250 cleaning fee 

+ $250 damage deposit

Renters/occupants must be 25 years of age and there is NO SMOKING.

TO RESERVE YOUR STAY AT THE PELICAN HOUSE, just send use the above form to request availability. We will respond with answers to any questions and finalize all inclusive rate for your rental period time frame.  An invoice will be sent for secure electronic payment via credit card or paypal to confirm reservation and lock the dates upon receipt of payment in full for the reservation.  

Refund Policy:
> 45 days = 100% refund
30 - 45 days = 50% refund
< 30 days = 0% refund 

$250 damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure if the property and contents are in original condition as upon arrival.
