Openings for Spring Now! in Hilton Head Island

Villa B 201 is freshly painted with all new decor.  Check out the new pictures and the finished look.  This 2nd Floor B Building is "Just Like Home".  With some new furniture and TV's, this villa makes you feel comfortable and cozy like home BUT you are at the BEACH. It is  just 100 yards to the white sand beach or 75 yards to the pool right outside your patio. Please enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony while watching the people walk to the pool.

The bright  master bedroom and private bath accommodate the Captain and Mate.  Look  at the wall-mounted TV and cruse off to sleep.  Two(2) more stowaway will find their nesting place hidden in the NEW sleep sofa in front of the New 32 inch HDTV.  The hall has 2 small bunks for the crew.

Lots of cabinets and storage fill the kitchen. Stunning light from the extra window in the kitchen will greet you in the morning.  You will find all the appliances need to prepare some fresh seafood or pasta. The dining table will seat 4 hungry adventurers. The WIFI is FREE and the custom music channels are your choice.

Jump into the swim suits and grab the suntan lotion for a frolic on the beach or a relaxing day by the pool.   While this pool is close to the villa, there is a larger pool next to the beach bar which we call Jamaica Joe's.  Try a cool beverage, sandwich or softserve ice cream before heading back to the crystal white sands.  I also have one bedroom villa in the same resort which may be available so call or email me for the link.

The bike rental hut is very reasonably priced if you want to pedal down the 50 miles of bike paths on Hilton Head island.  Jamaica Joe's offers sandwiches and adult beverages.  The Sno Conz hut provides soft serve for children of all ages.

Coconutz is our sports bar and Gatorz Pizza is a must if you like great pizza.

The 10 lighted tennis courts are free to all guests.  Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has been rated  # 5 in the Carolina's for tennis resorts.

Summer rentals are WEEKLY only cleaning included.  Add 10 %  State & Local Tax.

Checks, Paypal and credit card(with fee)  are accepted.

A $250 deposit holds your reservation .  Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
