Unique colonial style mansion located on beautiful Fripp Island,  
South Carolina. This home ideal for multiple family vacation use,  
large groups, weddings, meetings, golf groups, reunions, church

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 22 PEOPLE: Over 5,000 total s.f. 
On the main floor with the large kitchen, dining and living room,  
there is a master suite with a king size bed. On the second level,  
there are two master suites with king size beds and two other  
bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with one double bed.  
On the Patio Level, a favorite for younger family members or groups,  
there is one bedroom with 4 twin beds and another with 2 twin beds.  
There are also two couches that fold out into two double beds in a  
large living room that has its own TV and DVD player. 
 
This three-story mansion overlooks several golf fairways and greens  
and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Large gathering areas for group  
activities as well as plenty of privacy. Two refrigerator/freezers  
and two cooking ovens. 
 
Two championship golf courses with driving ranges, putting greens  
and full pro shop, three and a half miles of beach, five pools,  
eight tennis courts (clay and hard surface), a marina with open slip  
and dry dock boat storage and dock space, four restaurants, pizza  
and ice cream shop, golf cart rental, jet ski rental, bike and moped  
rentals, children's daily programs, provides plenty of choices for
