Our seasonal house-keeping cottage with deck has views of Pemaquid Harbor. A 3 minute walk and you are on the waters edge. The public beach and Colonal Pemaquid park is within one mile. The cottage has 2 rooms (kitchen/living area) and bedroom with shower and private changing area. (amenities listed below) THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AREAS ON THE COAST OF MAINE. REASONABLE PRICES FOR LOBSTERS AND CLAMS ARE SOLD AND COOKED AT THE NEARBY FISHERMANS CO-OP. THE BEACH AREA IS ONLY MINUTES AWAY. MANY SCENIC AREAS, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, REILLYS GROCERY AND ACTIVITIES AWAIT YOU!!!!!

Pemaquid Beach and Colonial Pemaquid are only one-mile walk away. Pemaquid Lighthouse is a short drive. Kayaks are available to rent nearby. The Cupboard next door serves breakfast and lunch. A public dock and boat launching area with parking is also hearby. The Walpole Golf Course is a short drive. Boat rides, including those to Monhegan Island, can be reserved.
vacation rental rates
$500 weekly May, June, September, October: $600 weekly July & August; arrival 2pm Saturday, departure 10am Saturday.
50% deposit by check with reservation; the balance due upon arrival plus 7% Maine Sales Tax.
