center of Loutraki . Here you will relaxe with the sun and the sea. The 70

sqf apartment is a new high technology construction and is furnished

with new materials. The sea, which has a lot of tavern and cafe, and

market center are only 5 minute walk from the apartment. In the outside

area has large balconies with two tables and 4 chairs each for your

relaxation, large electrical tents, two bbq with garden to the ground floor

and high technology elevator. In the inside of the apartment has been

placed: thermal - break - frames with screens and rolls for better

soundproofing and thermal, safety door, solar art, air condition inverter,

two televisions with satelite channels, living room and kitchen are in the

same room. The bathroom has a large hydromassage shower. At the end

of my description i would like to inform you that there are a lot of space

for parking around the building. If anyone want another information,
