Winter Rates:..$175 per night (3 night min.) or $745 per week
Summer Rates:...$525 per night (5 night min.) or $3150 per week
Reservations subject to a 10.225% Occupancy tax & $90 Cleaning fee
15% Rate Increase for holiday's and holiday weekends
50% deposit due upon reservation, Payment in full due 30 
days prior to arrival.
