The Tall Wood Bungalow is situated on a quiet sidewalked, tree lined street within a 10 minute walk
to the
town center. One could see the ocean from the second floor skylights if not for the numerous tall
trees in the
neighborhood.
The spacious front porch with two seating areas offers the perfect place to hang out and relax with
family and
friends following a day at the beach. Landscaped back yard patio area has table and chairs for
outdoor dining
and gas grill to cook up easy summer meals. Lots of yard space on the side for games and
entertainment and
driveway parking for 3 plus vehicles.

Comfortably accomodates six people, the home offers three bedrooms, two baths , kitchen, dining
room, large
back deck and front porch. The spacious master bedroom located on the second floor has a queen size
bed, six
sky lights, and bath with shower. First floor offers a full bath, two more bedrooms, one with a
pair of twin
beds and the second with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and garbage
disposal has
been outfitted with kitchen cabinets and countertops that compliment the cozy cottage feel.
All rooms enhanced with beach-themed artwork including antique sheet music and old prints.
All linens and towels included. Other amenities include air conditioning and 32 inch satellite TV,
CD player and
DVD player. Washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

You can leave the car in the driveway when you vacation in this spacious bungalow located within a
leisurely 10 minute
walk to Ogunquit Center's shops and restaurants. Once there, take a short walk to the beach or a
scenic oceanside walk to Perkins Cove
via the famous Marginal Way or if not in the mood for a walk, take one of the town trollies to all
locations.
