Additional Fees & Deposits

Deposit of $100 Due at Booking - Will be applied to Rental Fees

$300 Refundable Security Deposit Required 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival, $400 w/Pet - Will be refunded after inspection of Property

Cleaning Fee $100, $150 w/Pet - added to Rental Fee

Parties over 10 will be charged an additional $25/Adult
