Welcome to our home in Birch Bay.  Enjoy the expansive views of Birch Bay and the Gulf Island from the living room and outside patio to the west.  Sunsets can be spectacular when viewed from living room or patio.  Enjoy the morning sun, trees, and landscaping from the patio, and just steps to the beach

This view unit occupies the first  (ground) level of the Jacob's Landing Complex.  Architectuarally  designed, and spacious with nearly 900 square feet, it features floor to ceiling windows in the living room and is decorated in a Mediterranean theme.  Large entry way, with spacious living room, dining, and kitchen area,  2 bedrooms and a bath, complete layout on the main level.

A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, provides everything for the amateur to professional cook.  Generous counter space, facilitates food preparation and seating for four.  Or enjoy a BBQ or dinner on the front patio.  The cupboards are stocked with staples; flour, sugar, tea, coffee, canola/olive oil, and a wide assortment of spices.  Check it out before you go out shopping.

The complex clubhouse is for your use.  This includes a heated, olympic sized indoor swimming pool, with seating area for viewing of the pool, and jacuzzi, racquetball court, game room with ping pong and foosball,and 2 tennis courts.

Birch Bay is well known for its warm shallow water and a myriad of acquatic activities;  clamming, crabbing, (with a license), wading and swimming to name a few.  Strict traffic control enables the children to access the beach safely.   A well groomed scenic bike path follows the perimeter of the bay.  Nearby, public golf courses answer the needs of the golf enthusiasts.  Two supermarkets within 15 minutes, provide convenient shopping.

Bed linens, towels (kitchen & bath), beach towels (plastic colorful shovels and buckets for the children), dish washing and laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, and kitchen staples provided.   Bring only groceries, and personal items.  Our Birch Bay home has all the comforts, conveniences and amenities of our primary home and we do not expect our guests to accept less.  Enjoy!  Jack and Irene
