HOW CLOSE IS OUR HOUSE TO THE BEACH?  Our house is a great beach get-a-way.  It is less than a 1/2 block to the beach from our front door.  You can see the water from the rear entry of our house and there are slight views of the gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floors.  If you didn't want to walk the 1/2 block to the beach, there is a nice drop-off at the beach access that you can drive/or bike up to.  Our twin boys are 2 and our daughter is 6 and we all stroll down to the beach directly from the house.  If you want more information about the area please feel free to give us a call.

The travertine floors on the first floor create a distinct feeling of luxury for the large living room and kitchen located on the first floor.  There is half bath and door to the beach located on the first floor.

The living room features a 37” cable connected flat screen Internet TV with DVD, surround sound, and dual ceiling fans dropped from 14’ ceilings.  The grand living room area offers plush area rugs, a large comfortable couch and accent chairs. The walls are adorned with colorful local art.

The kitchen features illuminated under cabinet lighting, a double door refrigerator, a gas stove with indoor grill, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room provides a dark wood farm table over an area rug with seating for six beneath it. The bar seats four within view of a 37” flat screen TV.

Designed in a rich Mediterranean tradition, the light wood crown molding, windows, doors, and large plank blinds compliment the designer sinks in the kitchen and the unique marble countertops and bar.

With a large custom chandelier overhead and the walls adorned with art selected by our family, the elegant wood staircase leads you to the second floor landing.

The second floor west/Master Suite has wood floors and features a king bed with pillow tops,  a lounge bed, separate sitting area with a pottery barn rocking recliner with hacek and coffee table, large closet, desk with 32”flat screen TV, a full master bath with beautifully tiled custom full bath with Jacuzzi tub, custom marble sink and large walk-in shower.  This room is cozy and bright.  Relax as you enjoy views of the palm and pine trees that surround the property.

The second floor east/guest bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, beautifully tiled custom full bath with garden tub, custom marble sink with vanity. 

A laundry closet on the second floor landing houses a large capacity front loading washer and dryer. The laundry has ample storage above the washer and dryer. Extra linens and laundry supplies are kept here.

The third floor west/Master Suite  has travertine floors and contains a beautiful king sized bed, large closet, dresser, 32” flat screen TV, separate sitting area with a chair and table, beautifully tiled custom full bath with Jacuzzi tub, custom marble sink and large walk-in shower.  Relax in your third floor suite as you enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pine tree s that surround the property.

With over 3,500 sq. ft. of living space our house can certainly accomodate more than 8 adults. We intentionally limit the number of adults to 8 so that we can maintain the quality of our family vacation home. If your children are like ours, sometimes they sleep in their room and sometimes they want to bunk-up in other areas. There is plenty of room if you want to bring air mattresses for childern to sleep in any of the 4 bedrooms or other common areas. For the same reason noted above (our desire to maintain the quaility of our vacation home), we do not rent to people under the age of 25. Please no request for college student get-a-ways. We love our little piece of heaven on the Gulf of Mexico. It is a perfect beach get-a-way for you and your spouse, friends, or you and your family. Weekly Rental Rates:

$2,200 - Winter (Dec. 1, 2012 - Mar. 2, 2013);

$2,500 - Spring (Mar. 3, 2013 - May 31, 2013);

$3,500 - Summer (June 1, 2013 - Aug. 31, 2013);

$2,500 - Fall (Sep. 1, 2013 - Dec. 13, 2013).

* Additional Charges for weekly rentals: $200 Cleaning and local taxes at %11.5

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Minimum Age: Must be atleast 25 yrs. old to book this property and the person booking the property must also be a guest.

  **$500 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your stay. This deposit can be applied to another rental in the same year (contact owner for details) so long as a week is available. Remaining rental fee due 45 days prior to stay.
  
  Trip Cancellation - If your trip is cancelled at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival your deposit can be applied to another stay within same calendar year so long as another date is available. If your trip is cancelled 30 days prior to your trip you will receive a credit towards a future stay so long as it is booked within the same calendar year.
