Located only two minutes from the airport and five minutes from downtown the area truly offers the best of both worlds, close to downtown without the noise. 1800 Atlantic sits on 400 feet of oceanfront property. An Olympic sized heated pool and spa are ocean side surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden. This condo has an amazing ocean view overlooking the courtyard and pool.  Plan a picnic or barbecue in this beautiful garden. When you are done relaxing by the pool, hit the courts on one of three lighted tennis courts or the handball court. 1800 Atlantic has the only clay tennis court in Key West. Enjoy Smathers beach without the drive, the largest beach in Key West located adjacent to the building. Smathers offers sailboat rentals, parasailing, and umbrella rentals. An over sized sidewalk runs parallel along the beach for walks, jogging, biking, or rollerblading.  Large living areas (1350sf), dining area and eat-in kitchen add to your comfort. The condo itself is Very clean although admittedly some aspects are a bit outdated. The view more than makes up for the original bathrooms, tile, and cabinetry. See Video. The condo does have WIFI.   Linens, Dishes, hairdryer, iron, and etc are all provided.
