The Tharp Knob Hideaway is an adorable and private cottage LOCATED JUST ONE MILE FROM OHIOPYLE STATE PARK!!  Ohiopyle offers hiking, biking, and superior whitewater rafting/kayaking, Cucumber Falls, natural waterslides, picnic areas, swimming, and spectacular views. Restuarants, taverns, shopping, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, information center, bike rentals, and much more are also located in downtown Ohiopyle.

The Tharp Knob Hideaway has one bedroom, a fold out sofa in the living room area, a dining room, kitchen and one bathroom.  All linens, pillows and blankets, bath and kitchen towels are provided.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to delight your guests with a home cooked meal.  The home also contains a washer and dryer.  Enjoy outdoor living on the deck which is complete with picnic table, deck chairs and a charcoal grill.  

The Tharp Knob Hideaway is JUST ONE MILE from OHIOPYLE STATE PARK and minutes from Fort Necessity National Battlefield, Frank Lloyd Wright's Architectual Masterpieces, Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, the Historic Stone House Restaurant and Tavern, Laurel Caverns, the Great Allegeny Passage, Christian Klay Windery, Jumonville Retreat, Braddock's Grave and the Yough Lake.

We are centrally located with Seven Springs Resort, Deep Creek Lake and the Wisp all within a 45 minute drive!

Week Nights: $140 per night

Weekend Nights: $185 per night (Thur/Fr-Fri/Sat-Sat/Sun)

Holidays: $185 per night for 3 nights
