Cottage is two level with two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. One bedroom with full bed, and one twin bed. The other contains one queen bed. Bath provides tub/shower.
One bedroom downstairs with queen bed and adjoining bath w/shower. Bed linens and bath towels provided.
Sunny kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking needs providing coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Patio with grill. Washer and dryer on lower level. Spacious sun /breakfast room. Large dining area with view and seating for 8. Comfortable living area with big screen cable televison and dvd player.Central heat and air.
An observation deck provides sunning,fishing, and grilling out or just watching the beautiful sunset from its western exposure.
A covered boat dock complete with sunning platform equipped with two boat lifts is available. Also on the property you will find a boat ramp for putting in boats up to 26ft,jet skis,or maybe even a sup board,kayak or canoe for some paddling time and swimming. Playground for children.
Your well mannered medium size ,spayed/neutered dogs are welcome as property also includes an ample size fenced area .. Dogs only please.
There are marinas nearby for any supplies needed. Groceries are a 15 minute drive.This is a non-smoking home
