Plantations Golf and Country Club 3 Bedroom Villa in Venice

This beautifully decorated villa was built in 2005. No plain white
walls here! You will find this villa to be very comfortable for
both indoor and outdoor living. The lovely master suite features a
large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in Roman shower and large walk-in
closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds for visiting guests
and easily converts to have an ensuite bathroom by closing a hall
door. The den also doubles as a third bedroom capable of sleeping
two comfortably in twin beds. The dining area seats 6+ and the
eat-in kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a gourmet
meal or a simple breakfast. In the family room you will find
everything you need to enjoy your favorite music, watch television,
or view a DVD Movie. You can access the lanai through the
kitchen, master bedroom or the family room to enjoy the wonderful
Florida climate. Home also has high speed wireless internet access
and free long distance calling anywhere in the world.

Located at the most desirable golf and country club in Sarasota
County, The Plantation, this villa is perfect for entertaining
friends or quietly enjoying a book on the screened lanai overlooking
a beautiful tropical setting. Heron and Ibis are regular visitors
just outside. Because this is a villa, there are no stairs to
climb, the garage is attached, and you will enjoy more privacy than
is afforded in a condo.

Just a few doors down is the newly opened neighborhood clubhouse and
pool. This facility provides a more intimate setting than the main
club pool if you are looking for a quiet mid-day dip or a game of
cards with new friends. The clubhouse has a full kitchen, bathroom,
and plenty of seating and card tables. By the pool you will find
more restrooms and an outdoor shower.

Your rental will include the use of a social membership for The
Plantation and the villa is fully furnished, with every detail
included. The attached garage can accommodate two autos and
utilities and cable television are included. Regrettably, we do not
allow pets and smoking is prohibited.

At The Plantation, you will be challenged by two championship golf
courses, the Panther and the Bobcat. Both were designed by the
legendary Ron Garl and are host to the LPGA’s annual tour
qualifier. If tennis is your game, you can take advantage of one of
the 13 Har-Tru tennis courts staffed by USTPA instructors. You can
even play at night or join in one of the many socials.

As you would expect from one of the finest county clubs in south
Florida you can also swim in the Olympic sized pool, relax in the
Jacuzzi, utilize the work out facility, enjoy a massage or join one
of the many social or card clubs. And don’t miss an opportunity to
have a wonderful meal at the club house overlooking the golf
course. The professional chef prepares some of the finest meals
anywhere. You can also stop by for a fantastic Sunday brunch.

Following a round of golf, a game of tennis or just because, stop
into the beautiful Bermuda Lounge for a round of drinks and good
conversation (don't miss happy hour). You will find plenty of
walking trails in, and around The Plantation and no shortage of
pleasant people to visit with.

The social membership at this exclusive country club provides
unlimited use of the club house facilities, restaurants, exercise
facilities, pools, all of the tennis you would like to play for a
modest court fee, and up to two rounds of golf per month at
prevailing club rates.

Your villa is located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and its
beautiful white sand beaches. You won’t want to miss historic
Venice Island, just minutes away, with its fantastic shopping,
music, and restaurants.

For a change of pace, try deep sea fishing, beach combing,
picnicing, boating, or even parasailing. All of these activities
are just a few miles down the road from this fantastic retreat. You
will find all of the people at The Plantation to be warm and
friendly, so it is easy to find someone to join you for a game of
tennis, golf or bridge.

Tampa and St. Pete are just over an hour away if you would like to
visit the big city for a day of shopping and sight seeing or maybe to
take in a Buc’s game or go to Busch Gardens.

Sarasota and Punta Gorda are both under a half hour drive from
Venice and provide a wide variety of attractions and entertainment
for an evening out. But if you just want to stay close to home, you
will find everything you need right in Venice. You will have no
problem finding great restaurants full of the Gulf’s famous seafood
or some great southern BBQ. In the villa, you will find several
menus from local restaurants that we would recommend.

The weather in Venice is fantastic year round, but especially from
October through May. Leave your winter coat at home! A sweater
will do for that rare cool day.

If you rent for four to six months you will receive a 10% discount.
The discount for renting seven to eleven months is 20%. Off season
rates may be negotiable (May thru October). First month's rent and
$500 security deposit are due at signing. Security deposit is
refundable following inspection. Utilities and social country club
membership are included with rent. All rates are subject to change
without notice until confirmed by contract.
