This Non- Smoking/Pet Free Family Vacation Home is a short 2 block walk to the beautiful and clean North Wildwood free beach. Walking distance to famous restaurants and the great wildwood boardwalk. Family friendly neighborhood with a large back yard and gazebo for entertaining, grilling and relaxing. Central air for those hot summer nights. Outside shower and 2 rinse areas to clean off the sand. Privileged off street parking. Renters have to be 25 or older. Sorry no prom or senior week renters. Thank You!
Top unit has 2 BDR 1 Bath and sleeps 7. Living room with front balcony (table and chairs), full eat in kitchen and lots of closet space. Full bed, full sleep sofa, full/twin bunk. Front and back yard for grilling and entertaining.

50% deposit is required in order to reserve dates. Balance due along with security deposit 30 days prior to check-in.
Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3pm. Check out at 10am.

Completion and signed acknowledgement of lease contract required. Cancellation and Refund policy in contract.
